CCAP is a faith based non profit making organization and it’s Mission is: -
The Mission of the Synod is the proclamation of the gospel for the salvation of mankind; the shelter, nurture and spiritual fellowship of the of the children of God; the promotion of divine worship; the preservation of the truth; the promotion of social righteousness and well-being of mankind. Different departments and institutions have been set with specific mandates to pursue programmes to achieve the objectives in order to fulfil the mission of the Synod.

|
 Blantyre Synod has about 307 Schools. There are 39 Community Day Secondary Schools and 3 Convectional Boarding Secondary Schools. Out of the 3 conventional Secondary Schools is one government aided and the other two are private. |

is yet another challenge that CCAP Blantyre Synod through the HIV/AIDS and Health department is coordinating in conjunction with its Presbyteries |
